Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a reliable, agile approach while interacting with guests, staff, and/or visitors throughout the day.

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail and entertainment location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing information with site leadership when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior public areas, exterior walkways, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor foot traffic, observe guest interactions, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns that could impact daily operations. Support access control practices and closing procedures as assigned, helping to verify authorized entry to restricted areas and maintaining awareness of activity across the location.
Minimum Requirements:
A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
