• 4:00 AM Position Summary We are seeking dependable and professional individuals to join our team as Unarmed Security Officers at an active copper mining facility in Marana, AZ.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining site safety and security through access control, patrol operations, and incident response within an industrial environment. Minimum Qualifications Must be 23 years of age or older (insurance requirement) Active Arizona Guard Card required (Assistance with obtaining a Guard Card is not available for this position) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to consistently work the assigned schedule without exceptions Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail Core Responsibilities Conduct routine patrols of perimeter and operational areas by foot and/or vehicle Monitor and control authorized access to the facility Log information accurately into the computer system Enforce access control procedures for personnel and vehicles Observe, report, and respond to safety concerns, suspicious activity, and security incidents Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs Maintain a visible and professional security presence while providing excellent customer service Preferred Experience Previous experience in security, industrial, or related environments Familiarity with mine sites, large industrial facilities, or controlled-access locations Background in customer service or public-facing positions Schedule Requirement This is a mission-critical position that requires strict adherence to the assigned schedule. Schedule flexibility is not available, and dependable attendance is essential to site operations.
