Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, parking areas, hallways, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support an orderly environment within a healthcare location. Assist with handling routine questions, directions, and general support requests while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns and escalating issues when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
