Additional Opportunity:

Candidates hired before the school year begins may have the opportunity to work part-time fill-in and flex shifts throughout the Phoenix area during the summer months of June and July. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed School Security Officer to provide a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors in a school setting in Paradise Valley, AZ. The ideal candidate will have prior security experience, strong observational skills, and the ability to interact positively with students and faculty while maintaining a secure campus. Key Responsibilities Monitor campus grounds and school facilities Control access points and verify visitors Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the campus Maintain a visible presence to deter unsafe or unauthorized activity Respond to incidents and assist with conflict de-escalation Collaborate with school staff and administration Write detailed incident and daily activity reports Follow all school policies and security procedures Requirements Active Arizona Unarmed Guard Card License (required) Prior security experience required Experience in a school or educational environment strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a school setting High level of reliability and professionalism Why Join Us Consistent weekday schedule - no nights or weekends Positive and structured work environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on student safety Professional and supportive team AZ #1604728 Education Requirements (All) HS Diploma GED or H.S.
