Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities by monitoring premises, controlling access points, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your energetic presence will help deter potential threats, ensure the safety of staff and visitors, and uphold the integrity of our operations. Duties Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the premises and detect suspicious behavior Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors through verification procedures Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and sensitive zones to identify potential security risks Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies by assessing situations and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Enforce security policies by managing conflict situations with professionalism and calmness Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future reference and compliance purposes Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and intervening in theft or vandalism activities Skills Strong knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV operation and monitoring techniques Experience with conflict management and de-escalation strategies to handle tense situations effectively Ability to perform first aid procedures and CPR confidently in emergency scenarios Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and procedures for reporting incidents Background in military or security services is advantageous but not required; relevant training is valued Excellent observational skills combined with attention to detail for thorough inspections and surveillance checks Effective communication skills to interact clearly with team members, visitors, and emergency responders Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is prioritized through active vigilance, quick response, and professional integrity.
