Job Description

Job Overview PHALANX Tactical Security Group set the bar of Private Security in the valley many years ago. Since then SO many companies have adopted our business model, policies, uniforms, and perks we offer our team. You know the old saying, "imitation is the greatest form of flattery". Well guess what, our foot has been firmly planted on the gas peddle and we are growing like crazy!! We have TONS of hours and shifts throughout the valley ranging from slow paced posts to highly active. We have the ability to mix up your posts so you are not always keyed up or always fighting boredom. We have many openings in our armed division and our day and night patrol division. We are also ramping up our in house training again, which is FREE to all full-time employees. Use of Force, Patrol Tactics, Range days (ammo included) CPR/AED/ First Aid certs through AHA, and guard cards all FREE!! We can work with you on the gear below!! REQUIREMENTS
Current UNARMED license for Arizona Valid driver's license O/D green BDU or tactical paints Up to date smart phone Apple or Android and the ability to write detailed reports Body camera or some form of recording devise Reliable transportation Good physical condition, ability to stand and walk for long periods of time High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to work nights weekends and Holidays Armed
REQUIREMENTS
Current ARMED and UNARMED license for Arizona Valid driver's license O/D green BDU or tactical paints Up to date smart phone Apple or Android and the ability to write detailed reports Body camera or some form of recording devise Black duty belt with quality gear, black outer or concealable vest (we can assist acquisition of gear) Quality striker fire side arm, Hollow point ammunition Reliable transportation Good physical condition, ability to stand and walk for long periods of time High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to work nights weekends and Holidays Preferred certs:
CPR/AED/FIRST AID
