In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for safeguarding property, personnel, and assets through vigilant surveillance, rapid response to incidents, and effective conflict management. Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry Respond swiftly and appropriately to security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies Enforce security policies and resolve conflicts through professional conflict management techniques Conduct patrols of the facility's interior and exterior areas to identify potential hazards or security vulnerabilities Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incident responses as needed Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly Requirements Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems effectively Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while managing conflicts professionally Knowledge of security protocols, conflict management strategies, and emergency response procedures Physical fitness to perform patrols and stand for extended periods; ability to respond quickly in emergency situations Excellent communication skills with the ability to document incidents clearly and accurately Join us in creating a safer environment where safety is our top priority!
