Job Summary Full Time:

36+ hours/week minimum - $21/hour

Part Time:

16+ hours/week minimum - $19/hour In addition to the duties of an Unarmed Security Guard, the Flex Guard is responsible for providing temporary security coverage at various sites (or mobile patrol) throughout his/her assigned area (city). Such coverage includes but is not limited to; a temporary or short‐term contract, vacation coverage, call‐off or no show, late arrivals, or to fill in until a permanent Security Guard has been hired. The Flex Guard must possess the skillset to be able to work at multiple sites, under the various working conditions, The Flex Guard will report to his/her assigned location to obtain a company vehicle and will be dispatched as business needs require. Flex Officers will be guaranteed two (2) consecutive days off (no Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). They may not have another job that conflicts with their availability to be "on-call". Outside of that, they may be called to cover a shift. Assignments may be up to 12 hours, but no less than 4 hours. Flex Officers are required to work a minimum 40 hours a week. Responsibilities and Duties An extremely high-level of customer service skills are needed. Routine heavy lifting may be required. Routine walking is required. Climbing Staircases multiple times throughout shift may be required. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of residents, visitors, and other persons, in order to maintain security of the entirety of the building. Ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Knowledgeable about residential and/or commercial rules, and effectively answer inquiries specific to the property. Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards. Effectively understand and utilize technology products such as a smartphone, computer, tablet, etc. Ability to prepare reports in a clear and concise manner. Provide assistance to residents, guests, tenants, visitors, and other persons in a courteous and professional manner. Answer alarms and investigate disturbances. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time Qualifications and Skills Current Arizona Security Guard License At least 1 year of experience as security guard preferred, but not required. Must be at least age 18. Must be able to pass an in-depth criminal background check. Must be able to pass a drug screening (This is a zero tolerance work environment). Must have a reliable means of transportation. Must have a clean driving record and valid Arizona Driver's License. Must have the legal right to work in the United States. Must have the ability to effectively speak, read, and write English.
