A day in the life:
In the position of Security Officer at Monster Energy Company, you'll be a vital part of maintaining the safety and integrity of our dynamic work environment. Your role will involve ensuring the security of our corporate office and warehouses, all while embodying the exciting and energetic spirit that Monster Energy is known for. As you perform your duties, you'll align with our company's policies and procedures, as well as adhere to all relevant state and federal regulations. Your contribution will help uphold the vibrant and secure atmosphere that makes Monster Energy a leader in the beverage industry. The impact you'll make: Act as receptionist for the corporate office to control access through the admittance process. Observe activities and incidents and prepare daily logs and reports as required. Control access to the building by monitoring and maintaining badge access reports. Assist in the operation of the company's camera monitoring system. Provide physical security for the company's corporate office and warehouses by patrolling the facility on foot or vehicle. Check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances/exits, fire, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons. Ensure the protection of product, clothing, physical security, and safety of associates, and escort employees to their vehicles, as needed. Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, weather, and other incidents. Liaison with outside security firms, as needed. Liaison with Risk Manager/Facilities Manager in implementing warehouse/office security measures. Conduct safety inspections/physical security checks and communicate issues with management. Handle site-specific security matters/investigations. Protect evidence or the scene of an incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations. Assist with the implementation of building security and safety training programs.
Who you are:
Must be HR 218 eligible Law enforcement or military experience preferred. Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -
