CLASSIFICATION

Support Staff Salary Schedule - Group C $15.78 per hour or current rate "This position is contingent on student enrollment numbers and best educational practices, and may be discontinued at District discretion at any time".

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide a safe and secure environment for students and staff

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ensures that all buildings are secured after hours; Locks entrance and exit gates; Checks all buses, vans and cars; Patrols grounds and reports any safety concerns noted, on a daily basis: Reports any trespassers and vandalism; Checks well readings, if required; Reports water line breakages; Reports all mechanical equipment problems; Assists with opening and closing of buildings for functions; Perform other related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS A. REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent; No experience required; Ability to communicate and work well with staff, students and the public; Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver's licence.
