Unarmed Plain Clothes Security Officer

Noble Protection Group is hiring a professional, dependable Unarmed Plain Clothes Security Officer for a school contract. This is a full-time position with 45+ hours per week . Pay is $26.00-$27.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. This position requires someone who understands the importance of professionalism, awareness, and consistency. This is not a traditional uniformed security post. Officers are expected to maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear slacks or nice pants with a polo shirt . The right candidate will be friendly and respectful with staff, parents, and students while still remaining focused on the job. This position can become comfortable quickly, but it is important that the officer does not become complacent. The officer must remain on task, stay attentive, and understand that their presence at the front of the school is a key part of the site's safety and security.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining a professional security presence at the front entrance Monitoring who enters and exits the school Ensuring visitors, delivery drivers, and unauthorized individuals do not enter unchecked Remaining alert, visible, and on task throughout the shift Being polite and professional with school staff, parents, students, and visitors Following all post orders and company expectations Communicating concerns or incidents to supervision Avoiding unnecessary phone use while on duty

Expectations:

Must be professional at all times Must be reliable and punctual Must be able to stay focused without constant supervision Must not spend excessive time on a personal phone Personal phone calls should not interfere with work duties and may not be taken on speaker phone while on post Must be able to interact appropriately with students, staff, and parents Must understand boundaries and maintain a professional relationship with everyone on site Must be comfortable working in a school environment Must be able to stand, walk, and remain attentive for long periods

Dress Code:

Slacks or nice pants Polo shirt Clean, professional appearance No tactical uniform or overt security-style clothing unless instructed otherwise

Requirements:

Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Prior security experience preferred School, customer service, front desk, or access control experience is a plus Must be able to pass company screening requirements Must have reliable transportation Must have strong communication skills Must be dependable and professional This post requires someone who can be friendly without becoming too casual, visible without being disruptive, and professional without needing constant reminders. We are looking for someone who takes the assignment seriously and understands the importance of school safety.
