Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Unarmed Flex Security Officer to provide coverage across multiple locations in the Sierra Vista, Cochise, and Douglas, AZ areas. This position requires flexibility and a strong commitment to safety, as officers will be assigned to various sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide unarmed security services at assigned locations Conduct patrols (vehicle and/or foot) as required Fill in for call-offs and provide on-call coverage Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity Write detailed incident and activity reports Follow all company and client security protocols

Requirements:

Must possess a current and active Arizona (AZDPS) Unarmed Guard Card Prior security experience required Flex, mobile patrol, or multi-site experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation required Strong communication and report-writing skills

Availability:

Must have open availability Able to work any shift , including days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays Must be willing to accept on-call assignments
