Security Guard DOD Security Clearance

Seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to uphold safety and security across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access points, and ensuring a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. Your proactive approach and keen attention to detail will help prevent incidents and respond swiftly to emergencies. Looking for 2nd and 3rd shift coverages for a government property. 2nd: 5pm-1am, 3rd: 1am-9am. $24.75 Qualifications Must have an Active DOD Security Clearance Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management are preferred; ongoing training is encouraged. Knowledge of surveillance technology (CCTV) systems and loss prevention techniques. Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential threats quickly. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective conflict resolution. Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts. Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
