Requirements:

+ 2 years of customer service experience. + 1+ years of security experience. + Preferred prior data center SOC experience a plus. + Must demonstrate excellent writing, oral, analytical, and communication skills. + Must be able to work independently and function with limited supervision. + Capable of performing duties with a high level of accuracy and ability to maintain the highest level of integrity. + Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions. + Must have dependable means of transportation. + Must practice good grooming standards. + Must demonstrate good teamwork ability. + Required Technical Proficiency. + AZ Guard Card.
