Armed / Unarmed security guard

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security, law enforcement, or military service, and will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for our clients and their assets. This role requires excellent observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity or security breaches. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring the safety of personnel and property. Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems and other monitoring equipment. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies. Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any actions taken. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate potentially volatile situations effectively. Experience Candidates should have prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications include:

Certification in First Aid and CPR. Familiarity with surveillance techniques and equipment (CCTV). Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
