Unarmed Security Guard (8 Openings)

Hiring 8 full-time Unarmed Security Guards for a high-profile property in Peralta. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, controlled environment with strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Patrol assigned areas (foot + vehicle as needed) Monitor site activity, including CCTV when applicable Identify and report suspicious activity or safety concerns Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies De-escalate conflicts and maintain order on-site Enforce site rules and post orders Complete daily activity and incident reports

Requirements:

Valid CA Guard Card SB 1626 (required) Valid Driver's License Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Able to stand/walk for extended periods

Preferred:

Prior security experience Law enforcement or military background CCTV or surveillance experience

Schedule:

Full-time (30-40 hours per week) Monday-Saturday (staggered schedule) Day, night, and weekend shifts as needed
