Must possess and maintain BSIS California Guard Card Certification Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent Knowledgeable in general security industry standards and methods Valid Driver's License Employment is contingent on successful completion of background check If prior military, one must provide DD214 discharge document with discharge status upon job offer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide security services at assigned site according to the site post order duty requirements Utilize our tour tracking software in the performance of daily duties Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports as needed Collaboration with local law enforcement agencies when necessary Maintain visitor and employee access logs Maintain a professional appearance Physical functions and working environment: Frequent extended sitting, standing, and walking Frequent climbing stairs, ramps, and occasionally ladders Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling Frequent reaching and grasping Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds Occasional running Condor Security of America Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status
