We are looking for individuals who are flexible, reliable, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service and security.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Requirements Must possess a valid California Guard Card (required before applying) Must have open availability and be willing to work a weekly changing schedule Must be able to work at any of our East Bay locations, including: Antioch Brentwood Concord Discovery Bay Oakley Pittsburg Reliable transportation is required Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and dependable work ethic About the Position This is not a fixed schedule position. Team members receive their work schedule on a weekly basis based on staffing needs. Applicants should be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is an "open availability" position. You will not have a fixed schedule, and your shifts will vary from week to week. If you require the same days or hours each week, this position is not a good fit. Are you able to work with this scheduling model? Are you available to work days, swing shifts, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed? Do you have reliable transportation to travel to job sites throughout the East Bay, including Antioch, Brentwood, Discovery Bay, Oakley, and Pittsburg? Have you worked as a licensed security officer before? Can you consistently arrive on time and work the full shift you are assigned?
