This is a temporary, high-profile event assignment requiring professionalism, flexibility, and strong customer service skills. Event Officers will assist with crowd management, access control, and event operations, including providing security support during event load-in and load-out activities. Officers must be able to remain calm, alert, and professional while working in a fast-paced and dynamic event environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the event Assist with crowd control and guest direction Conduct bag checks and access control screening Provide security support during event setup and breakdown (load-in/load-out) Act as VIP escorts when required Monitor for suspicious activity and report concerns immediately Follow all event post orders and safety protocols Work closely with event coordinators and security teams Required Qualifications Must possess an active BSIS Guard Card Must have flexible availability during the event dates Must be professional and well-groomed Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently Must have reliable transportation Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English Multilingual is a plus Work Environment This position involves working at a large-scale outdoor sporting event. Officers should be comfortable standing for extended periods, working outdoors, and adapting to changing schedules and assignments.
