Responsibilities Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance to identify potential security threats Perform thorough background checks on visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with security protocols Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management techniques and first aid skills when necessary Conduct manual handling and heavy lifting tasks safely during patrols or when managing security equipment Operate AED (Automated External Defibrillator) devices and Taser equipment following safety guidelines Enforce loss prevention policies by identifying suspicious activities and preventing theft or vandalism Manage access control by verifying identities and performing security checks at entry points Qualifications Proven law enforcement experience or military background with a strong understanding of security protocols Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and experience performing background checks Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, and Taser use preferred Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards Skilled in conflict management, crisis response, and de-escalation techniques Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and CCTV monitoring tools Strong communication skills with the ability to document incidents accurately through reports Join us if you're ready to leverage your law enforcement expertise in a rewarding role that prioritizes safety, proactive security measures, and professional growth.
