NOW HIRING - ARMED SECURITY
OFFICERSNorth County San Diego Starting Pay:
$25.00+/hour (DOE)Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Defend48 Protective Services is seeking professional Armed Security Officers to join our growing team serving North County San Diego. We provide security for agricultural properties, private schools, faith-based organizations, residential communities, commercial properties, and special events.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid California BSIS Guard Card Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit Own duty firearm (required) Own tactical vest (required) Valid California Driver License Reliable transportation Smartphone for reporting and scheduling Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of armed security, military, or law enforcement experience CPR/First Aid Certification Strong report writing skills Ability to work independently Evening and weekend availability
Job Duties:
Foot and vehicle patrols Access control Monitor assigned property and report suspicious activity Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports Respond to alarms, emergencies, and client requests Maintain a professional and visible security presence Deliver outstanding customer service while protecting people and property
