Bravo Security Services is currently hiring professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers to protect a 24-hour construction site in Escondido. We have openings on all three shifts and are looking for officers who are reliable, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Available Shifts:
Day Shift Swing Shift Graveyard Shift Responsibilities:
Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the construction site. Monitor for trespassing, theft, vandalism, and other suspicious activity. Control access to the property and verify authorized personnel. Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports. Respond professionally to emergencies and notify supervisors when necessary. Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity. Enforce site rules and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Valid California Guard Card (required). Reliable transportation. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Previous construction site security experience is a plus but not required.
