644 E. Olive Ave., Fresno, CA Splash Fresno, the Central Valley's premier LGBTQ+ nightclub, is looking for professional and reliable Security Staff to join our team. Our ideal candidates prioritize safety, de-escalation, and customer service while maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

Monitor venue entry and exits, checking IDs and enforcing venue policies. Maintain a hands-off approach while using verbal de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts. Ensure the safety of patrons and staff while fostering a positive nightlife experience. Assist in crowd control and manage capacity limits per city regulations. Conduct regular walkthroughs of the venue to identify and address potential security concerns. Respond to incidents professionally and document any notable occurrences. Collaborate with bar staff and management to enforce alcohol service policies.

Requirements:

Must be 21+ years old to work in a nightclub setting. Valid California Guard Card required. Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills. Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced nightlife environment. Flexibility with night and weekend shifts (including holidays and special events).
