Job Description
THIS IS A STANDING GUARD POST SO MUST BE COMFORTABLE BEING ON YOUR FEET FOR LONG PERIODS
!! Shifts available 8AM-3PM -1st shift 3PM-10:30PM- 2nd shift (please don't apply if you are looking for any other shift)- Must be able to work weekends
Responsibilities:
- Provide security services to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and property
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized entry
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, observations, and actions taken
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
Skills:
- Customer service !!
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Possess a valid security guard certificate or be willing to obtain one
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
