Job Description

Graveyard Field Supervisor Customized Guard Services & Systens is a leading provider of security services, dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team and help elevate our security operations to the next level.
Position Overview:
As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting our security teams across various locations. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring performance, providing guidance, and ensuring that our security standards are consistently met. You will be the point of contact for our security officers, offering support and advice to help them excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Visits:
Conduct regular visits to various client locations to monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel.
Team Support:
Provide on-site support and assistance to security teams, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
Training and Development:
Advise and work with security personnel to improve their skills and raise performance standards.
Standard Promotion:
Promote and uphold the highest standards of security practices and professionalism across all sites.
Incident Management:
Assist in the investigation and resolution of security incidents and ensure proper documentation.
Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with security teams, management, and clients.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit detailed reports on site visits, team performance, and any incidents or issues encountered.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Leadership:
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts and security incidents efficiently.
Professionalism:
High level of professionalism and the ability to promote company standards.
Certifications:
Security certifications are required
Travel:
Willingness to travel to various client locations as needed.
