In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense in maintaining a safe and secure environment across various facilities. Your proactive presence will deter potential threats, monitor premises through surveillance systems, and respond swiftly to incidents. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security of personnel and property Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizations for visitors, contractors, and staff Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies with appropriate action and communication Assist in conflict management by de-escalating tense situations calmly and professionally Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance until emergency services arrive Document all incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future reference Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques is preferred Certification in first aid and CPR is a strong plus Demonstrated ability to handle conflict situations with professionalism and tact Familiarity with security procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response procedures Strong observational skills with attention to detail in surveillance and patrol activities Join us in creating a safer environment where your vigilance makes a difference!
