This position is responsible for overseeing multiple security officers and client locations while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with company standards. Benefits Weekly Pay Full-Time Position Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required) Valid California Driver's License Clean Driving Record (No DUIs or excessive moving violations) Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test Previous security experience preferred Supervisory experience preferred Preferred Certifications & Permits California BSIS Guard Card (Required) Firearm Permit (Preferred, not required) Baton Permit (Preferred) Taser Certification (Preferred) Pepper Spray Certification (Preferred) Handcuffing/Handcuff Permit (PTA) (Preferred) CPR/First Aid Certification (Optional, but a plus) Responsibilities Conduct routine post inspections. Supervise security officers at multiple client locations. Assist with setting up new client locations, including patrol scans and site procedures. Ensure officers are following company policies and client expectations. Patrol assigned properties and maintain a safe and secure environment. Respond to incidents and complete detailed reports. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication with clients and employees. Assist with field operations and site coverage as needed. Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. High school diploma or GED.
