PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out access control procedures, checking credentials, monitoring entry and exit activity, and following site-specific security-related policies. Respond to incidents, delivery issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Monitor gates, entrances, and shipping and receiving areas to help control access to the location, document visitor and vehicle activity, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized attempts to enter. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including dock areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and warehouse access points, while observing and reporting security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Possession of a guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
