As a member of our security team, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for guests while maintaining the high-energy atmosphere our venue is known for.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe, welcoming, and orderly environment throughout the venue Check IDs and monitor entry to ensure compliance with venue policies and age requirements Manage crowd flow and occupancy levels Monitor guest behavior and proactively address safety concerns Enforce venue policies professionally and consistently De-escalate conflicts and handle difficult situations calmly and respectfully Serve as the first line of defense against altercations, harassment, and overcrowding Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members Assist during special events and peak business hours

Qualifications:

Previous security, hospitality, nightlife, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods Weekend and evening availability required Guard card preferred (if applicable)
