Full Job Description Job Overview:

We need a Per-Diem Guard who can work these hours + pick up shifts as needed :

M/W/F 10

30AM

• 3PM Saturdays at 9432 Venice Blvd. Culver City, CA 90232 9:30AM
• 2:30PM During Day time its $21.

00/hour If you pick up shifts at night its $23.00/hour

MUST HAVE GUARD CARD

As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This position requires strong observation skills, the ability to handle difficult situations calmly, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access or activities
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, including emergency situations
• Conduct regular security checks of the premises
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities or breaches
• Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
• Possess a valid security certificate or license (if required by state regulations)
• Ability to effectively manage conflicts and diffuse tense situations
• Familiarity with first aid techniques and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques
• Experience in military or law enforcement is a plus
