Job description: Unarmed Security Guard - Palmdale/Lancaster Area We are currently hiring Full-Time Unarmed Security Guards for the Palmdale/Lancaster area.
Shifts:
Monday-Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate:
$19.00
Requirements:
Must have a valid Guard Card Must have strong customer service skills Must be able to commute to and from work reliably Flexible availability , especially on weekends Professional appearance and attitude

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, with responsibilities that include monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents. Candidates with backgrounds in law enforcement, military service, or security are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities and identify potential security breaches. Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor. Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed in emergency situations. Document incidents and prepare reports for management review. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary for investigations or emergencies. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
