Duties Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety protocols are followed. Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee activity in key zones and identify potential security issues proactively. Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and staff, managing access points with precision and courtesy. Respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activity, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing behaviors that may indicate theft or vandalism. Qualifications Active Guard Card. Minimum 2 years security experience. Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV and experience in loss prevention strategies. Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor. Strong communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and visitors. Knowledge of security procedures and protocols relevant to unarmed security roles.
