BE AVAILABLE MON-FRIDAY 0800-1600
Hrs) Active BSIS Guard Card (must be current and valid) Minimum 2 years of security or any related field work Strong knowledge of school safety protocols Ability to pass background check Key Responsibilities Monitor and secure entrances, exits, and perimeters of school grounds Provide visible deterrence and maintain professional presence Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances Coordinate with staff, law enforcement, and emergency services when needed Write clear, detailed incident and activity reports Desired Attributes Professional appearance and demeanor (uniform, grooming, and presentation standards) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Situational awareness and ability to assess threats quickly Conflict resolution skills with calm, assertive presence Dependability and punctuality — consistent attendance is critical Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently when required Physical readiness to stand, patrol, and respond under pressure Customer service focus — respectful interaction with students, staff, and event attendees Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate 25 based on experience with room for growth.
