This position requires a strong security presence, attention to detail, and the ability to handle interactions with the public in a firm and professional manner. $18.00•$20.00 per hour (DOE)

Provided by company Job Responsibilities Conduct foot patrols every 30 minutes throughout the property Monitor and secure exterior areas of the office building and warehouse spaces Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter trespassing and unauthorized activity Professionally handle interactions with transients and members of the public Enforce property rules and report any suspicious activity Provide a safe and secure environment for executives, employees, and visitors Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity reports (DARs) Communicate effectively with management and dispatch as needed Qualifications Valid California Guard Card (required) Prior security experience preferred (especially in DTLA or similar environments) Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Reliable, punctual, and able to follow post orders Must be comfortable working outdoors and on foot for extended periods What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and dependable.
