Campus Security Officer Private Premier Elementary School - Flex / Part Time

Flex Shifts:

10 pm-6 am (Saturday, Sunday) Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm / 2:00 pm

• 10:30 pm/ 10 pm
• 6 am Responsibilities Conduct active foot patrols throughout campus Monitor school entrances, visitor access, and perimeter security Assist with student drop-off and pick-up procedures Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the school day Respond quickly and calmly to incidents or emergencies Communicate effectively with school administrators, faculty, parents, and students Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns Support emergency preparedness and campus safety procedures Help foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming school environment Required Qualifications Valid Guard Card High school diploma or equivalent Clean background check Reliable transportation Professional appearance and demeanor Strong verbal communication skills Ability to walk and patrol campus for extended periods Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Preferred Qualifications Candidates with any of the following backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply: School or campus security experience Military service Law enforcement or corrections background Experience working with children or youth programs Coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience CPR/AED certification Customer service or hospitality experience Ideal Candidate Traits Physically active and alert Professional and approachable Disciplined and dependable Strong situational awareness Calm under pressure Comfortable interacting daily with children and parents Team-oriented with a service mindset Work Environment This is an active campus position, not a stationary post.

Pay:

$21.00
