The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Supervise and support Security Officers during assigned shifts. Coordinate shift coverage and scheduling. Ensure all company policies, post orders, and security protocols are followed. Complete incident reports and daily activity reports accurately. Communicate effectively with management and clients. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism. Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed. Lead by example and maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications Active California Guard Card. Previous Security Shift Lead or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Reliable transportation is required. Must be punctual and dependable. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed. Professional black suit is required.

Pay:
