First come first served. We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Unarmed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense, monitoring activities, enforcing policies, and maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance and conflict management. Your presence will help foster a safe atmosphere where everyone feels protected and valued. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your security expertise in a dynamic setting, contributing directly to the safety of our community. Duties Enforce security policies by controlling access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring external intervention Crowd Control Experience Prior experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly preferred Background in military or security services can be beneficial for understanding security protocols and emergency procedures Strong observational skills combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial for success in this role This position is integral to maintaining a safe environment through active monitoring, quick response, and professional conduct.
