AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or maintenance concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, amenities, and other community areas to help support authorized access, observe resident and visitor activity, and document security-related issues in accordance with site procedures. Prepare clear, timely reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or observed concerns, and assist with follow-up actions related to property rules, alarms, and resident assistance requests.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
