In this role, you will monitor access points, conduct surveillance, and maintain a secure environment for staff, visitors, and property. Your proactive approach and keen observation skills will help prevent incidents and respond effectively to any security concerns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment while utilizing your security expertise. Hours Friday 5 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Saturday 5 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Responsibilities Monitor entrances and exits to control access for employees, visitors, and vendors, ensuring proper authorization. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards. Enforce safety policies and procedures, managing conflicts calmly and professionally when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical situations to ensure swift resolution. Skills Ability to handle conflict management with professionalism and composure. Experience or background in law enforcement, military, or security roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to protect property and assets. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail during patrols and inspections. Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and working as part of a team.
