PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles entering or exiting the location in accordance with post orders and established security-related procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through appropriate communication channels. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that could require follow-up. Help to deter unauthorized access and support orderly operations by verifying credentials, maintaining screening posts, and documenting security-related incidents and/or policy concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
