Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of premises, personnel, and visitors
• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
• Enforce laws, rules, and regulations to maintain order and protect property
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance and taking appropriate action
• Conduct investigations of incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and actions taken
• Provide first aid or emergency medical assistance as needed
• Use conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations

Experience:

• Previous experience in law enforcement or security preferred
• Possession of a valid CPR and First Aid certificate
• Knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
