The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. Premise Patrol Patrolling the supermarket premises and identifying suspicious activity Interact with store staff of all divisions. Forming a liaison between the Supermarket and law enforcement agency Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment Maintain Professionalism and provide great Customer Service experience Observe all signs of crime or disorder Take accurate notes and report in detail any suspicious activities Investigate any and all disturbances Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property Monitor and control access at building entrance Immediate responsiveness to incidents/conflicts Assist in removing transients from property

Vehicle Patrol Officer Scope Of Work:

Parking Lot Patrol patrolling the parking lot and exterior of the facility continuously; Patrol all areas of the parking lot including the back of the building. The parking lot patrol vehicle should never be used to chase a person or vehicle engaging in suspicious activity or to block a person or vehicle from leaving property. Parking Lot Patrol Officers shall not detain or otherwise restrain customers or persons suspected of criminal activity. Observing and immediately reporting ## Experience

• Previous experience in security-related roles preferred
• Strong conflict management skills
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Experience in loss prevention is desirable ## Qualifications
• Must have a valid CA driver license
• Must have a valid and current CA guard card
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test
