Duties Monitor all entrances, exits, and dining areas using CCTV surveillance systems to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards. Enforce safety protocols by managing crowd control during busy hours and resolving conflicts swiftly and professionally. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations, including administering first aid or CPR when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents to ensure proper procedures are followed. Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities, security breaches, or safety concerns. Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring suspicious activity and preventing theft or damage. Skills Proven experience in security roles within hospitality, retail, or related environments. Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and alarm monitoring. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Certifications in first aid, CPR, and law enforcement training are highly desirable. Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security best practices. Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times. Background in military or law enforcement service is a plus for this role.
