AM Graveyard Shift Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience and licensing. Job Description Spirit's in Defense Security, Inc. is seeking a professional, dependable, and licensed Armed Security Officer to provide overnight security services at a Chick-fil-A location in Palmdale, California. The ideal candidate will maintain a visible security presence, deter criminal activity, and ensure the safety of employees, customers, and property. Responsibilities Conduct routine patrols of the property and surrounding areas. Monitor for suspicious activity and security concerns. Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times. Complete incident reports and daily activity logs. Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents. Enforce client policies and procedures. Coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary. Minimum Qualifications Valid California BSIS Guard Card. Valid California BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit. Reliable transportation. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional appearance and demeanor. Must be at least 21 years of age. Preferred Qualifications Prior armed security experience. Experience working retail, restaurant, or commercial property security assignments. Military or law enforcement background (not required).
