Core Responsibilities Exceptional Service:

Provide professional protection and assistance to clients, customers, and the general public.

Active Patrols:

Monitor and inspect facilities to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Policy Enforcement:

Strictly uphold site rules, regulations, and company policies.

Incident Response:

Respond immediately to emergencies or security breaches; gather intelligence and deliver detailed reports.

Emergency Coordination:

Manage high-pressure situations and collaborate effectively with law enforcement and emergency personnel.

Professionalism:

Adhere to all post orders and supervisor instructions with total reliability.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an armed security professional is required.

De-escalation Skills:

Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and verbal de-escalation techniques.

Certifications:

Valid BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (Required).

Documentation:

Valid Driver's License and High School Diploma or GED.

Critical Skills:

Strong communication, rapid decision-making abilities, and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Schedule & Location Location:

Rancho Palos Verdes, CA (Reliable commute required).

Availability:

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Current Shifts:

Hiring for Day and Swing shifts (8-hour blocks).
