What You'll Do:

Conduct regular patrols around store when asked and stand posted in assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security presence ensuring no theft it occuring. This is a inside post, not vehicle patrol. Answering all Walkie Talkie Calls and work alongside AP. Collaborate with on-site personnel to address security concerns and provide assistance as needed. Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve situations while adhering to company protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and activities during your shift. Act as a point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors, assisting with directions and information as required.

Requirements:

Bouncer Type Valid CA BSIS Security Guard License. Must have at least 8YRS experience. Must be willing to stand for long periods of time. Must be willing to comply with all post orders and in full uniform. Must be willing to work well under stressfull situations. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. Comfortable using technology, including CCTV systems and communication devices. Reliable transportation to Red Bluff. Must have a guard card, only apply if you have a guard card!

Compensation:

$18- $20 per hour

Pay:
