guards for immediate opening. Seeking patrol driver(s) as well as standing guard for several posts. Must be willing to work grave shifts and drive to locations. Some sites company vehicle will be provided. We are mainly seeking GRAVE Shift officers. This will be in the Redding and surrounding areas. Seeking officers in the Redding, Red Bluff areas. Must be able to drive and work any shift. Primarly Graves but will have day and swing shifts as needed. Also looking for possible patrol drivers either Armed or Unarmed. Must have clean driving records. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid or CPR as necessary. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques when necessary. Document incidents and prepare reports as required. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when needed. Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring suspicious activities. Qualifications Proven experience in security or law enforcement is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. A valid security certificate or relevant training is a plus. Military experience may be beneficial but is not required.
