Respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate action, including contacting law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and calmness, ensuring safety for all individuals involved. Perform first aid and CPR when required to assist injured persons until professional help arrives. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, inspections, and security reports for record-keeping and future reference. Skills Strong understanding of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation. Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and conflict management strategies. Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during medical emergencies. Experience in security operations within military or law enforcement backgrounds is advantageous. Ability to remain alert and vigilant during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public.
