Security Guard Riverside, CA 92508 $20 an hour - Temporary $20 an hour - Temporary Job Summary You will be providing Security for a sweet 16 quinceañera. 6pm-12am 6-20-26 $20 cash paid same day Duties Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance to identify suspicious activity or security breaches Control access points by verifying credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond swiftly to emergencies by administering first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services Conduct routine patrols of the property to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to de-escalate tensions Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or suspicious behavior and implementing preventative measures Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems and conducting visual inspections Knowledge of conflict management techniques and ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively Familiarity with security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and emergency responders Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is a shared priority!
