Site Supervisor - Office Complex Security Protect-US Private Security - 2.7 Riverside, CA Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Staff supervision Management Operations management Team supervision Writing skills Driver's License Guard Card Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at a busy office complex in Riverside. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with both clients and security personnel.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate security staff coverage Ensure the property remains secure and properly monitored Supervise officers and maintain site standards Review and organize employee timesheets Follow directives from Field Supervisors and Operations Management Submit daily and nightly activity reports Identify security concerns and recommend improvements Maintain a strong working relationship with the client Ensure all officers perform duties professionally and effectively
Qualifications:
Valid California Guard Card Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Previous leadership or supervisory experience required Strong organizational and scheduling abilities Excellent communication and report-writing skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate security personnel
Pay:
